Process control is applied at each and every level of operations, from incoming raw material to finished product. This ensures repetitive dimensional accuracy and adherence to chemical specifications.

 

The quality program at Innovative Sintered Metals has made us a reliable powdered metal (PM) producer not only of high volume production, but also of the prototypes and short-run production orders. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable personnel, zero defects is Innovative Sintered Metals' constant goal.

 

We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and are working diligently toward our TS-16949 certification. Innovative prides itself in our flexibility to alter and/or implement systems specific to a customer or industry.

 

Within our quality lab we perform:

• Capability studies
• First article inspections, PPAP
• Raw material testing
• In-process SPC charting
• Final inspections and dock audits
• 6 month rolling external PPM is less than 1
• Past 12 month on-time delivery record exceeds 97%
